This is a FUN RACE, so if keeping fit is your thing, enjoy a run through our lovely
countryside. If you are capable of running 4 miles you are most welcome to join
in.
The course will be marshalled with water at the finish. Good Luck to all of you
that take part.

All Participants must be 13 years and over.
Entry Fee: £5.00 in advance. £7.00 on the day. Cheques payable to ‘Swanage Regatta & Carnival’
The winning time last year was 21 minutes 18 seconds by Lewis Rodgers.

COURSE: - Start at the Sandpit Field turn right into Demoulham Road, run along and
turn right into Seaward Road,
Left into Ulwell Road run along main road until signs for Ulwell Caravan site turn
left into Darky Lane and then bear right into Washpond Lane past the brickworks
Turn right at junction, at first road junction turn left to Herston when you reach
main road junction turn left into High Street.
Follow main road into Victoria Avenue until traffic lights turn left into Demoulham
Road then right into Sandpit Field and finish.
The route will be marshalled with lead and rear vehicles with medical back up, water
stops at finish.
